Promos are not sent after the morning daily rashifal. They go out instantly: (1) when you create or resume an active campaign — background blast to every subscribed user in an open 24h session; (2) on each WhatsApp / Truecaller reply after the assistant answers, if the user still has an open session and has not received that campaign yet. Each message starts with a short intro (per-campaign field or MONETISE_INTRO_TEXT / default), then your ad body and CTA link. Set MONETISE_BROADCAST_ON_CREATE=0 to disable create/reactivate blasts (in-session replies still run). Throttle: MONETISE_BROADCAST_DELAY_SEC. WhatsApp cta_url needs GUPSHUP_WHATSAPP_SOURCE. MONETISE_ENABLED=0 disables sends. MONETISE_ALLOW_ALL_USERS=1 skips the 24h check (testing only).
